Project Overview
At the Leibniz Institute for Contemporary History, great value is placed in the support of up-and-coming researchers. Numerous dissertation projects are carried out at the institute, which can benefit from the intensive exchange between established and younger researchers there. The institute’s research projects generally feature positions for doctoral students, who, alongside post-docs, can enjoy the opportunity to conduct research as part of a team and under excellent financial and academic conditions. Doctoral students with scholarships can also benefit from their activities as academic assistants through their affiliation with the institution and the infrastructure and resources available there.
